pReview was commissioned by the software company Entopia to perform usability testing of the newly-developed knowledge management platform »Quantum«. On the basis of six usage scenarios developed in collaboration with the customer, all the software's key functions were tested. Detailed depth interviews were conducted with expert test subjects recruited by pReview. The final, comprehensive test report formed the basis for far-reaching optimisation of the software.
